Moin-Moin Making.






I was craving for some moin moin (black-eye peas cake or bun or bread) yesterday. So I decided to make some.

Got Mimi's Bean flour, soaked it in warm water for an hour. Added palmoil, crayfish, maggi, salt, red onions, spicy pepper and pour it in folded foil paper.

Steamed for an hour. Boom! It was a hit.  It tasted so oooooooooh goooood.

Even Dana Oliver Twisted ( she wanted more). Lol.
