Freezing Weather

Today was the start of school day, the 7th of of January,  2014. But it was too cold. I mean bone chilling.

When the alarm clock rung at 6AM, I looked at my phone it said 26 degrees. Okay I know 35 degrees is freezing temperatures.  26 was a no no

Dana was not disturbed at all. Instead I gave her more blankets. She slept and slept.

3 hours later, the school is calling me saying my child was absent. I was like really???

No kidding.
