When I finally put him back to his crib.
He fussed and fussed.
I decided to clean his little bottom up and changed his diaper.
Happy camper now.
Then the nurse came in and started telling me about her upbringing in the mountains of Tennessee. In the 1950's
No running water but wells. No furniture in their homes but the back of a cut up pick up truck. She was so funny and I was laughing my bottom off.
When we looked at Daniel, he had his eyes open and was like can y'all be quiet and let a baby get some sleep.
I swear he had that face. Funny.
That was a clue for me to leave.
